<h3>Minimum qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>8 years of experience with data center equipment/environments, including electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems, and experience with start up/commissioning processes.</li><li>5 years of experience in a leadership role.</li><li>Experience managing vendor relationships and standard practices in the design and construction industry, including track design build processes and associated documents and agreement.</li></ul><h3>Preferred qualifications:</h3><ul> <li>8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.</li> <li>Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling and achieving objectives within set goals.</li> <li>Knowledge of safety management best practices.</li> <li>Knowledge of large-scale facility electrical and mechanical systems.</li> </ul><h3>About the job</h3><p>A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all.
