<h3>Minimum qualifications:</h3><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.<br></li> <li>8 years of experience in program or project management.<br></li> <li>8 years of experience managing multinational and technical programs/projects.</li> <li>8 years of experience with technical teams responsible for project management, engineering, and construction of data center or mission critical facilities.</li> <li>5 years of experience in a leadership role.<br></li> </ul><h3>Preferred qualifications:</h3><ul> <li>8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.<br></li> <li>Experience in design, construction, and commissioning of facilities with medium-voltage and low-voltage electrical distribution systems.</li> <li>Experience in managing "owner's" teams to deliver industrial-type capital projects, including engineering, construction management, and project controls.</li> <li>Experience with data center equipment/environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, etc.).</li> <li>Understanding of start-up/commissioning processes.</li> </ul><h3>About the job</h3><p>A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. </p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Lead the design, construction, and capital project support for ongoing operations within a critical region.</li> <li>Provide tactical leadership over data center construction projects.</li> <li>Develop and mentor high-performing teams of engineers and project managers.</li> <li>Serve as a key partner and vendor development lead for general and trade contractors.</li> <li>Foster a forward-thinking and collaborative culture among project stakeholders.</li> </ul>
